Audacity dance crew , is made up of unique and individual dancers all bringing their own style and skills to the group. With hard work and commitment from two weekly rehearsals during youth club sessions at Portishead Youth Centre, they continue to go from strength to strength with performances and competitions expanding their experience.
Over the years, the group have had many successes at National Compeitions across North Somerset and South Wales; Including third place in the over 18 intermediate category, 2nd Place in over 16 Novice.
Within the local community, Audacity are best known for their contribution in some of the town’s most popular events- In 2018, the group headlined at Portishead Youth Centre’s ‘A Night In The Spotlight’ Showcase, and are currently long-standing Carnival Youth Champions; with enteries from the last two years, landing them first place in the youth organisation category. Yearly performances at Portishead Community Picnic and Victorian Evening also add to their experience.
